Oh my gawd, I got sucked into that 'reality' show on FOX - 'More to Love' and really, it was like watching a train wreck. I honestly don't get it? This is supposed to be more of a 'real' reality tv show because the girls on the show are, well, fat.
They were actually bragging about how they believe they look great - now, I'm not by any means skinny (anymore) and I am absolutely struggling with my weight and I know I weigh 80-100 pounds less than the girls on the show. So, how can they feel good?
One girl, Heather I think, went on a horseback riding date - no equestrian apparel or anything, just jeans and a shirt, but the way she acted, I thought she was going to start stripping right then and there. I don't know, I just don't get it. I mean, I suppose being confident with your body and feeling good is a great achievement but how can you be when you're seriously overweight? Health wise, don't you feel bad?
I need to loose at least 50 pounds and even at 5'11" (thank the Gods I am tall) I still feel so blah some days. I know it's because of my weight.
