Patiently Waiting

I have been saving money to put towards a down payment for our Disney Vacation Club membership. I feel like it's taken me forever to save this money when in reality it's only been 2 months! My plan is to make the purchase next month, before my birthday, which is September 30th - this is my present to myself!

Since we'll be traveling every year for vacation we've thought about buying an rv instead of using our vehicle every year or renting a van when we want to go on vacation. I found a nice used rv for sale but the more I think about this the more I wonder if this is the route to go?

Maybe I just need to suck it up and fly to Florida every year? Gods, I hate flying!
