Ahh, Insurance!

I don't know why everyone comes to me for advice but well, most do - okay, not everyone, but it sure feels like everyone - but I digress....

I don't know anything about insurance but an online friend asked me which I'd suggest for her - one for her area an I suggested Blue Cross North Carolina, mostly due to the fact that the site I came upon has a lot of information and is very user friendly.

Anyone have first hand experience with them?
