More Pounds Gone

My goal? To be a 'sexy fairy' hehehe - but seriously, it's true, healthy eating and exercise does make you loose weight! What a no brainer!

I am about 12 pounds down in a little over a month. While tat is not a huge loss it's something and I'll take it! I considered looking into using weight loss pills but at this point I haven't - I am just trudging along doing this the old fashioned way.

Right now The Man is upstairs on the treadmill. We each try to burn between 600 - 800 calories a day on that thing. Some days I even get up to 1,000 calories1 Yay me!
