Long Weekend

Miss. Independent had a 1/2 day of school Thursday and she is off today because of parent - teacher conferences. She's with me this weekend so I am hoping she and I can have a mommy/daughter day at some point.


She's into all that girlie 'true love' stuff, in fact, her love is Jack Skellington - I'm not kidding! Maybe she can hep me pick out some cool bridesmaids gifts - since I happened to have gotten saddled with that responsibility now too!
