We got adt Vermont when we first moved in and it’s just about the only thing in this house that works. Immediately after we moved in things started breaking. The fridge was first and then the oven after that. The sinks in the bathroom upstairs leaked onto the floor below and that was just the beginning…it’s been a royal mess.

We’ve had contractors in and out trying to keep this place clean and working but there’s something to be said for buying a new house that doesn’t have issues like this. Even things like the chimneyaren’t working which make me crazy at the end of the day! I wish we’d thought it through a little more before we bought the place but you know, we’re in what we’re in now and we’ll just have to slowly work our way out of it.

There’s nothing like being part of something bigger than yourself and this house is definitely bigger than I am! It’s really starting to take over my life to tell you the truth…
