Another Friend Domesticated

Another friend of mine just purchased a home. The first thing I mentioned to her was to remember to get new homeowners insurance because these days you pretty much have to have it.

Insurance is crazy to pay for but the one time you don't have it is the one time you will need it because that is just how the cookie crumbles.
