What Works and What Doesn't?

I think, if diet pills and other weight loss quick fixes really worked, not too many people would be overweight, don't you agree?

I read up on product reviews and testimonials to get an idea of what works and what doesn't. I came across a really informative site: www.weightlossinformation.org

I'd love to know, have any of you ever had success with diet pills? If you did, which ones and have you kept the weight off?
